
WTJU wins two 2024 Virginia Broadcasting Awards

The Virginia Association of Broadcasters (VAB) recently announced winners of its 2024 annual broadcasting awards, and WTJU has won two First Place awards this year.
“We have a fantastic team at WTJU,” said Nathan Moore, General Manager of WTJU. “We make radio and podcasts because we love serving our community, but it always feels really good to be recognized by our peers in broadcasting.”
WTJU has won dozens of radio & podcasting awards over the years from VAB, the Intercollegiate Broadcasting System, and Alliance for Community Media.
