David McCormick and Sam Suggs bring the Early Music Access Project to The Stage

By WTJU

Date: 12/09/2024

Time: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Violin and vielle player David McCormick will be joined by double bass player Sam Suggs, both members of the Early Music Access Project, for an eclectic set of medieval dances, 19th century fiddle tunes, Bach arrangements, and original compositions. You can pledge at 434-924-3959 or online at wtju.net.

This is a free event as part of the 2024 Classical Marathon, open to all. You can also listen on the radio (91.1 FM) or on-line, and even video stream it at WTJU’s Facebook page or YouTube channel.  But concerts always sound better with you as part of the studio audience.  WTJU is located at 2244 Ivy Rd in Charlottesville, right next door to Vivace.  There is plenty of parking, both in our lot as well as the Sentara lot next door.
