Blues at the Foundry supports Man’s Best Friend

Local blues musician Andy Burdetsky (Don’t Look Up Band) will stop by WTJU Thursday evening, April 3, at 7 to talk about the upcoming Blues at the Foundry in Waynesboro to benefit the non-profit Dogs Deserve Better. Joining Andy will be Gina Carroll the marketing person for the philanthropic organization. We’ll feature music from the three bands performing at The Foundry Saturday April 12 including The Nick Moss Band with Dennis Gruenling, Gypsy Blue Review with JP Soars and Anne Harris, and the Mike Goudreau Band with Steve Wolf on bass, who played with Danny Gatton in the ’70s and ’80s.
Then as is tradition when Andy stops by for a visit with the Juddermeister, they’ll close the show with a battle; trading off on their favorite drinking songs. Induced to Judders airs Thursday evening from 7-9 at 91.1FM and streaming at wtju.net.
