By WTJU
WTJU Classical provides you with a musical oasis and a music-loving community.
Donate today to keep WTJU Classical strong and vibrant!
Every day, WTJU is your arts companion for our Charlottesville community – your reliable and welcoming oasis of serenity and exhilaration. That’s why you rely on WTJU for all the joy and pleasure that classical music brings.
Please join us December 6th through 12th for WTJU’s 2021 Classical Marathon. It’s a round-the-clock celebration of classical music, specially programmed for your listening pleasure.
Throughout the week, we’ll be joined by special guests, including Oratorio Society director Michael Slon; UVA professor I-Jen Fang; Charlottesville Symphony conductor Ben Rous; early music scholar David McCormick; educator Carrie Finnegan; pianist Erica Sipes; trombonist Nathaniel Lee; and flutist Kelly Sulick.
Each year, donations from listeners like you provide the lion’s share of the operating budget at WTJU. Every piece of music you count on from WTJU counts on generous listener support.
Please donate today to keep classical music alive and thriving in our community!
