The University of Virginia is hiring a General Manager for WTJU-FM to replace Chuck Taylor who retires on January 1, 2010.

The General Manager's role is to ensure that WTJU meets its obligations not only to listeners, but also to those who fund it as well as all regulatory agencies. Duties range in scope from day-to-day operations to strategic planning. This position also manages three full-time staff members, a contract engineer and approximately 175 volunteers.
