WTJU will print Name Tags for each attendee who provides personal details in advance. You may update that information until Tuesday, May 29th at Noon if you have not done so already.

When you arrive at Garden VIII for the Reception give your name to the Greeter at the Reception check-in table. Inform the Greeter that you have or have not provided the information in advance. If not, the Greeter will prepare a hand-made Name Tag for you at that time.

Per U.Va. Policy and Virginia law all those under 21 years old must be identified upon entering the Garden as alcohol will be served. Underage attendees will have a mark on his/her ID.

The Reception is catered by Chef Ted and is generously sponsored by the Office of the Vice President of Student Affairs and WTJU. Wine and beer are courtesy of an anonymous donor.
